9 o'clockPunctuality: Our pre-scheduled services will be on time. We will give advance notice if a pre-scheduled service cannot be maintained. We will maintain contact at all times.

Courtesy: All employees of the Gentle Giant shall be courteous, knowledgeable and helpful and shall provide effective, timely and satisfactory service in all contacts with Customers.

Honesty: All costs will be laid out up front and mutually agreed to prior to our arrival and again in our contract before the work begins. Faxes and e-mails out- lining costs will be sent upon request. We will accurately invoice the customer as per those mutually agreed upon prices and terms of payment.

Safety: The Gentle Giant will comply with all federal, provincial, local, and company safety standards, and in such a manner, shall not unduly interfere with or endanger persons or property. Whenever The Gentle Giant receives notice that an unsafe condition exists, the mover shall investigate such condition immediately, and shall take such measures as are necessary to remove or eliminate any unsafe condition.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: The Gentle Giant shall guarantee Customer satisfaction for every Customer.
